The first phase of the castle is due to open late spring/summer which will be an exciting time. As Golf Operations Supervisor you play a key role in managing various aspects of the golf course operations. From course maintenance to customer service, with the goal of providing an exceptional experience for golfers. Your responsibilities might include over seeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the facility whilst providing exceptional customer service to golfers and our members and their guests.
Working closely and proactively communicating with team members across the wide range of facilities, this is a unique role for those who thrive on people interaction.

Part of a dedicated team who provide a warm and friendly welcome to all our members and their guests. Informing golfers of the course, the facilities and amenities, and the club. Assisting the golf operations staff in creating the right environment within our world-class facility where each day is varied and different……
Leading on all the golf operational duties together with the Director of Golf. Developing relationships with members and their guests explaining where possible all facets of the Taymouth Castle Club. Implementing programs to encourage participation in golf, including lessons, clinics, and junior golf initiatives.
Co-manage, the range, staging area, golf course, general areas for the purpose of creating a seamless experience. Ensuring compliance by following course rules and regulations, as well as golf etiquette maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.
Co-ordinate with the groundskeeping team to ensure the course is well-maintained with regular mowing, watering, and landscaping. Optimize course usage by managing tee time bookings ensuring a steady flow of play, minimising wait times.
Dealing with any feedback from members and guests, always ensuring guest satisfaction. With any comments reported to the management immediately. Assist in preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying areas of revenue generation.
